How did you start swimming?
I was talent spotted at a school swimming gala in year 4! (UK year 4 is aged 8 to 9.)
What keeps you motivated to push yourself?
I want to be the best version of myself. Plus, I really enjoy my sport.
I have a goal - whether it's a long-term overarching goal, or separating it with smaller goals in between.
The goal for this year has been the Olympics - but before I get there, I have to qualify in trials. So trials is my step 1 smaller goal for the year.
How Whole Supp Fits Jacob Peters' Routine
I’ve had Whole Supp in my kit bag for the past four months. Here’s why it’s now non-negotiable in my day:
• 31 g plant-based protein per shake for muscle repair
• 13 superfoods + 30 vitamins & minerals to cover the basics
• Ready in 30 seconds—ideal between pool and gym sessions
• Keeps me full for 4–6 hours so I’m not reaching for quick sugar fixes
I grab it before morning laps or straight after weights, depending on where the gap in my schedule is.
It's really key for recovering from my heavy sessions. The first thing with recovery is making sure you're getting the right nutrients and the right macros in. With the help of Whole Supp I've been managing to do this really well.
Now that Whole Supp has helped me nail down the basics of recovery, I've also started experimenting with things like ice baths and compression!
