Science-backed superfoods

Most meal shakes or green blends contain low amounts of superfoods that you won't notice a difference from or don't have any science to back them up. Instead, Dr Brian Carson used his 15 years in experience in human metabolism, nutrition and exercise science to ensure Whole Supp only contains research-backed  superfoods and in meaningful dosages.

Powerful bioactivity

Bioactive means the ingredient has a physiological effect on the body, e.g. beetroot has been proven to improve blood flow. So all our ingredients are selected based on whether they'll have an impact.

Not only that we have conducted an independent study that shows you get the antioxidant benefits from Whole Supp.

Approved by athletes

From olympic swimmers to national rugby players our products are loved by many high-performing athletes. They also trust it is safe to consume thanks to our informed-sport certification.

Frequently asked questions

Here are some of the questions we get asked by our customers.

Why does Whole Supp contain Sucralose?

We use sucralose to balance the flavour of Whole Supp products while maintaining a healthy, balanced product. We use a minimum amount (it’s our smallest ingredient) so Whole Supp has less than 2g sugar.

What are superfoods?

A superfood is a nutrient-rich food that contains an above-average amount of antioxidants, fiber, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals per gram. Whole Supp has both super-greens (spinach and broccoli) and super-reds (beetroot and cherries) that fit into the category of superfoods.

Is Whole Supp actually as healthy as a whole meal?

At Whole Supp we promote a balanced diet with a whole food approach so encourage you to eat nutritious meals whenever you can. That being said, our products are designed to support your overall diet with a convenient meal formulated from whole foods which is nutritionally complete, making it a healthier alternative than the majority of quick meals on the go. Each portion has 30+ vitamins and minerals as well as omega 3,6,9 and between 4.8 and 6.7g of fibre (depending on the flavour). There is also no evidence to suggest that a liquid diet is harmful to your health.

Can I use Whole Supp if I’m pregnant/breastfeeding?

Yes! Whole Supp is designed to support your overall diet even when pregnant or for our breastfeeding Mums. There are no ingredients considered harmful or dangerous.

Is it suitable for all diets?

We’ve tried to make Whole Supp suitable for all diets and also good for the planet. It is a vegan, gluten free, GMO free, soy free, nut free, low sugar (<2g), low Glycemic Index, low FODMAP and caffeine free. Please do still check the ingredients if you have specific allergies: sustainably sourced red sea algae, montmorency cherry powder, broccoli powder, beetroot juice powder, spinach powder, pea protein powder, brown rice protein powder, gluten-free ground oats, sunflower, flaxseed, coconut, cacao or vanilla bean (depending on flavour), very small portion of sucralose (1.8g sugar per 100g portion) and mct oils.

Do plant-based proteins contain all 9 essential amino acids needed to make it a complete protein?

Not all plant-based proteins are 'complete' proteins, i.e., offering all essential amino acids which are needed for muscle repair and growth. At Whole Supp, we've taken a comprehensive approach by specifically developing our product with a carefully balanced blend of rice and pea protein. This selection ensures you get the right combination of all nine essential amino acids.
