How does your subscription work?

We offer subscription packages for our meal replacement shakes. Our subscriptions allows you to a WholeSupp delivered to your door, allowing you to choose delivery every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks. Subscribers are charged automatically when a new order is shipped.

You can cancel or update your subscription order at any time (as long as it is at least 48 hours before your order is set to replenish, otherwise the change will apply to the next order.

What are the benefits of subscription?

Subscription customers save 21% on all subscriptions, and never have to worry about running out of WholeSupp again. They also get free gifts and early access to sales, such as 2 free travel sachets and a shaker when subscribing to 2+ bags, and 2 free travel sachets on all subscription third orders as a thank you.

What does VIP treatment actually mean?

As a VIP customer, you'll get exclusive discounts only for you. When we run sales, you'll be given early access, and you'll be the first to have access to new drops. We'll also surprise you with treats along the way such as free merch and sachets as a thank you for subscribing.

Can I edit the frequency of my subscription?

Absolutely. You must do this at least 48 hours before your order is set to be shipped - you will be alerted 5 days prior to this point. You can do this by logging into your account via this link: https://wholesupp.com/account/login. Once logged on, click 'manage subscriptions' on the left-hand side, then 'subscriptions' in the bar at the top and select the subscription you'd like to edit.
