The Whole Supp range explained: which product to use, and when

Key takeaways

  • The Superfood Meal Shake is the foundation: 31g of plant protein, 13 superfoods, 400 kcal, ready in 30 seconds.
  • Elevate adds 5g of creatine monohydrate plus sea salt, potassium and magnesium for daily hydration and performance.
  • Body Fuel is the ready to drink meal for days with no kitchen: 25g of plant protein and 25 vitamins and minerals in a recyclable carton.
  • The three products are designed to be used together across a day, not as a replacement for every meal.

If your day runs on commutes, back to back meetings and travel, you already know the problem. Nutrition usually goes one of two ways: fast and processed, or healthy and time consuming. The healthy option rarely survives a 6am flight.

No shake fixes that on its own. No product replaces sleep, training or good habits. What Whole Supp offers is a way to keep your nutrition consistent on the days when cooking is not going to happen. Three products, each with a specific job. Here is what each one does and when to use it.

1. The foundation: Superfood Meal Shake

The Superfood Meal Shake is the anchor of the range and the product to start with. Each serving delivers 400 kcal, 31g of plant protein, 40g of slow release carbs from oats and brown rice, and 13 superfoods including Montmorency cherry, beetroot, broccoli, spinach and marine red sea algae. It is our most nutrient dense formula.

The protein and fibre together are what keep you full. It is designed to hold you for 4 to 6 hours, which makes it a breakfast or lunch rather than a snack. The slow release carbs also make it useful around training: 90 minutes before a session for fuel, or afterwards as a recovery meal.

It comes in Chocolate, Vanilla, Caramel Sea Salt and Strawberry, and every batch is Informed Sport certified.

2. The daily upgrade: Elevate

Elevate is our creatine and electrolyte drink. Each serving contains 5g of creatine monohydrate, a full daily dose, plus sea salt, potassium and magnesium to replace what you lose through sweat and long days.

Creatine works by accumulation. Its effect on physical performance in short, high intensity efforts depends on taking it consistently, not just on training days. That is why Elevate is built to be drunk every day, workout or not, rather than reserved for the gym.

3. The backup: Body Fuel

Body Fuel is the ready to drink meal for the moments when a shaker bottle is not practical: the airport, the car, the third meeting in a row. No powder, no prep. A shelf stable, recyclable carton with 25g of plant protein, 25 vitamins and minerals and the prebiotic fibre inulin, at around 290 kcal.

It is lighter than the meal shake, so it works as a smaller meal or a bridge to the next proper one. Keep a box under your desk or in the car for the days that go sideways.

How do the three products fit into a day?

Role Product When to use it Key numbers
Foundation Superfood Meal Shake Breakfast or lunch, before or after training 400 kcal, 31g protein, 13 superfoods
Daily upgrade Elevate Every day, workout or not 5g creatine, sea salt, potassium, magnesium
Backup Body Fuel Travel, commutes, no kitchen 290 kcal, 25g protein, 25 vitamins and minerals

A typical day looks like this. Morning: Superfood Meal Shake, with Elevate alongside it. Midday: Body Fuel if meetings stack up, otherwise a proper lunch. Training days: the meal shake 90 minutes before, and again afterwards if there is no time to cook. Travel: a box of Body Fuel in the bag so the standard holds when the kitchen is a hotel room.

One to two shakes a day is the ceiling we recommend. The rest of your meals should be food.

Judge it on the label

Read the ingredient panel. Compare the numbers. Ask what a product leaves out, not just what it adds. Then check ours the same way.
