We’re thrilled to welcome Laoise Bennis to the Whole Supp team! With an impressive background in nutrition and elite-level sports, Laoise brings a wealth of expertise and passion.
A Strong Background in Nutrition
Laoise holds a BSc in Human Nutrition from UCD and is a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr). She is currently an Apprentice Dietitian with Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust, where she is completing the final stages of her intensive training. Her academic and professional experience give her deep insights into optimizing health and performance through evidence-based nutrition.
