Banana Whole Supp Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop of vanilla Whole Supp - Smart Food 
  • 1 Cup of blended oats
  • 1 Tsp of baking powder 
  • 1 Tsp of cinnamon
  • 3 Ripe bananas
  • 100mls oat milk
  • 25mls olive oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare a muffin tin by lining it with paper cases and preheat your oven to 150 degrees
  2. Add all dry ingredients to your mixing bowl and combine
  3. Peel 3 ripe bananas in another bowl, and gently mash with a fork
  4. Add 100ml of oat milk and 25mls of olive oil to your mashed banana and mix
  5. Add the banana mix with your dry mix and blend well
  6. Grab a muffin tin and line with paper cases with our muffin mix
  7. Place in the oven and bake for 40 minutes 
  8. Once done - pull out of the oven, leave to cool and enjoy!
