Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some of the questions we get asked by our customers.
Is it suitable for all diets?
We’ve tried to make Whole Supp suitable for all diets and also good for the planet. It is a vegan, gluten free, GMO free, soy free, nut free, low sugar (<2g), low Glycemic Index, low FODMAP and caffeine free.
Please do still check the ingredients if you have specific allergies: sustainably sourced red sea algae, montmorency cherry powder, broccoli powder, beetroot juice powder, spinach powder, pea protein powder, brown rice protein powder, gluten-free ground oats, sunflower, flaxseed, coconut, cacao or vanilla bean (depending on flavour), very small portion of sucralose (1.8g sugar per 100g portion) and mct oils.
What is the Glycemic Index (GI) of Whole Supp?
Whole Supp is designed to include low GI carbohydrates such as oats and restricts the amount of free sugars to very low levels.
It has more calories than a protein shake, why is that?
A Whole Supp shake does indeed contain 400 calories vs the average 120 - 200 calories in a vegan protein shake.
However, unlike a protein shake, it will also give you many of the other nutrients to keep you full and energised after your workout. Each portion contains not only 31g of protein but also 13g of healthy fat, 7g of fibre and over 30+ vitamins and minerals.
Is it actually as healthy as a whole meal?
At Whole Supp, we promote a balanced diet with a whole food approach, so we encourage you to eat nutritious meals whenever you can.
That being said, our products are designed to support your overall diet. We offer a convenient, nutritionally-complete meal formulated from whole foods. It’s a healthier alternative than the majority of quick meals available on-the-go. Each portion has 30+ vitamins and minerals as well as Omega 3,6 and 9, and 7g of fibre.
What is the shelf life of Whole Supp?
After opening the pouch, it has a shelf life of 1 year. Just make sure to store it in a cool dry place and keep it sealed/airtight.
