We’re thrilled to welcome Laoise Bennis to the Whole Supp team! With an impressive background in nutrition and elite-level sports, Laoise brings a wealth of expertise and passion.

A Strong Background in Nutrition

Laoise holds a  BSc in Human Nutrition from UCD  and is a  Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr). She is currently an Apprentice Dietitian with Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust, where she is completing the final stages of her intensive training. Her academic and professional experience give her deep insights into optimizing health and performance through evidence-based nutrition.

An Elite Athlete in Endurance Sports

Beyond her credentials in nutrition, Laoise is an accomplished endurance athlete with a remarkable list of achievements:

  • Current English Sprint Triathlon National Champion

  • 4th place at the 2024 European Age Group Sprint Triathlon Championships

  • Competitor at the 2023 & 2024 World Sprint Triathlon Championships (Age Group)

  • Winner of the Irish Duathlon National Series & Runner-up at the 2024 Irish National Duathlon Championships (AG)

Her firsthand experience in high-performance sport gives her unique insights into fueling the body for endurance, recovery, and peak performance—an invaluable perspective for Whole Supp and our community of athletes and health-conscious individuals.

Laoise’s dual expertise in  nutrition and endurance sports makes her a perfect fit for Whole Supp. She understands the science behind what fuels top-level performance and recovery, and she’ll be helping us continue to develop and refine our offerings to support active lifestyles.
