When to consume

Most customers enjoy Whole Supp as breakfast but also love it before working out to increase their energy or after to support recovery.

Whole Supp is gluten-free and rich in prebiotics, so you can take it closer to your workout than a usual meal, e.g., one hour before. But always test what works for you.

Designed for athletes & active lifestyles

“I love the flexibility Whole Supp gives me. I am often very busy midweek with work and fitting a workout in and also being able to eat after is very tricky, Whole Supp plugs that gap for me”

Frequently asked questions

Here are some of the questions we get asked by our customers.

What is Whole Supp?

Whole Supp provides nutritionally complete food for modern lifestyles. Built on transparency from farm to formulation. Whole Supp is plant based and vegan friendly.

Every serving contains 5g of BCAA’s, 31g of protein, 13g of fat, 7g of fiber and over 30+ vitamins and minerals. Whole Supp is a whole-body meal, supporting health, growth and recovery through optimal nutritional values. Whole Supp is what we call “SMART FOOD” - it just makes sense!

What is the taste and texture like?

Most people don’t like the taste of meal shakes. We get it, we used to feel the same way. They often taste artificial and have a strange gritty texture to them.

This won’t be the case with Whole Supp, as we rely on natural flavouring (100% cacao and vanilla bean). The mix of plant-based proteins also ensures a smooth texture even when you don’t use a blender. The result: all our customers can’t stop raving about the taste.

What's the difference between Whole Supp and a protein shake?

One Whole Supp shake contains 31g of plant-based protein, so it provides you with similar amounts as a regular protein shake to support your workouts, muscle gain, and recovery.

However, while protein shakes only provide protein, Whole Supp is a complete meal shake that contains all the necessary vitamins, minerals, carbs and healthy fats needed to keep you full and energised after your workout. Plus, this complete macro profile makes it far easier on the stomach.

Is it actually as healthy as a whole meal?

At Whole Supp, we promote a balanced diet with a whole food approach, so we encourage you to eat nutritious meals whenever you can.

That being said, our products are designed to support your overall diet. We offer a convenient, nutritionally-complete meal formulated from whole foods. It’s a healthier alternative than the majority of quick meals available on-the-go. Each portion has 30+ vitamins and minerals as well as Omega 3,6 and 9, and 6.7g of fibre.

Is it suitable for all diets?

We’ve tried to make Whole Supp suitable for all diets and also good for the planet. Made from 13 plant-based whole foods, it is vegan, gluten-free, GMO-free, soy free, nut-free, low sugar (<2g), low Glycemic Index, low FODMAP and caffeine-free.

Please do still check the ingredients if you have specific allergies: sustainably sourced red sea algae, montmorency cherry powder, broccoli powder, beetroot juice powder, spinach powder, pea protein powder, brown rice protein powder, gluten-free ground oats, sunflower, flaxseed, coconut, cacao or vanilla bean (depending on flavour), a very small portion of sucralose (1.8g sugar per 100g portion) and MCT oils.

What makes Whole Supp different from other meal shakes?

We're not the biggest brand out there, but we're proud to have a growing community of fans.

Our journey began with a desire for better recovery and energy, and a frustration with the bad taste of existing options. We believe in nutritious, delicious shakes that fit your busy lifestyle.

Created by a pro-athlete and doctor with 15+ years of experience in optimising human health and performance.

What are superfoods?

A superfood is a nutrient-rich food that contains an above-average amount of antioxidants, fiber, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals per gram. Whole Supp has both super-greens (spinach and broccoli) and super-reds (beetroot and cherries) that fit into the category of superfoods.
