Why we built the challenge

Started by an athlete and a doctor — because we needed it too

Whole Supp began with a frustration: the meal shakes on the shelf either tasted terrible or were little more than protein and sugar. As a professional athlete and a doctor with 15+ years optimising human health and performance, we wanted balanced, genuinely complete nutrition we could rely on every single day.
