Whole Supp launches nationwide in Chemist Warehouse Ireland
Whole Supp has landed in Chemist Warehouse.
Since 5 October 2026, the Whole Supp core range has been on shelf in all 18 Chemist Warehouse stores in Ireland.
That means the Superfood Meal Shake and Elevate Creatine & Electrolyte, wherever you are in the country.
Why a pharmacy shelf is the right home for Whole Supp
Nutrition only works when it is easy to keep up. Most people do not plan a supplement order three weeks ahead. They pick something up while they are out. Being on a pharmacy shelf across Ireland means one less reason to skip a meal or drop a routine.
What you can pick up in store
Two products go on the shelf: the Superfood Meal Shake and Elevate Creatine & Electrolyte. Here is what is in each.
Each Superfood Meal Shake serving gives you:
- 31g plant protein
- 13 organic superfoods
- 30+ vitamins and minerals
- 5g BCAAs, plus Omega 3, 6 and 9
- Low sugar, 1.8g to 1.9g a serving
- High fibre, more than 6g per serving
It takes less than 30 seconds to make and keeps you full for 4 to 6 hours. One bag is 15 meals or 30 snacks, in Vanilla, Chocolate, Caramel Sea Salt or Strawberry. It is 100% plant-based, gluten-free, Informed Sport certified and third-party tested.
Each 9g scoop of Elevate gives you:
- 5g pure creatine monohydrate
- 500mg sodium
- 302mg potassium
- 100mg magnesium
- 75mg calcium
Mango flavoured, 30 servings a tub. Creatine and electrolytes come in the same scoop, so there is one tub to keep up with instead of two.

From online orders to nationwide shelves
Whole Supp started as a direct-to-consumer brand, sold online. Retail is now growing alongside the online business. We got here without a marketing budget, on the back of people reordering, leaving reviews and telling friends what works for them. They kept coming back for the reason Whole Supp was started in the first place.
Darren O'Reilly co-founded Whole Supp after a professional rugby career, around a problem he kept hitting himself. Eating properly was the first thing to go in a busy week.
"I started Whole Supp because good nutrition was too hard to fit around a real schedule. Training, work, travel, family: something always gives, and it is usually food.
"Getting into Chemist Warehouse nationwide means people can pick us up on an ordinary Tuesday, without planning for it. That is the whole point. We want to build a leading Irish performance nutrition brand, and this is a real step towards it."

Body Fuel, our ready-to-drink complete meal, went into Applegreen and WHSmith Travel stores across Ireland over the past few months. Chemist Warehouse makes it three national retailers in 2026.
