I tried Whole Supp for 3 months: Here’s What Happened!

Let’s dive right in. For the past three months, I’ve been trying out WholeSupp, a nutritional supplement that’s been gaining a lot of attention lately.

“Consistently using a nutritional supplement is not about the immediate impacts, but the long journey towards improved health.”

HealthBeautyLondon.com

Whole Supp, a firm originating from Dublin, is committed to providing easily-accessible, plant-based nutrition to compliment our hectic lifestyles. But an easy solution is not their only aim. They’re also dedicated to delivering top-quality products to their customers.

Whole Supp’s high-protein meal shake brought a significant change to my regimen. Being an ‘athlete’ might seem intimidating, but Whole Supp’s shakes cater to anyone who could do with an energetic pick-me-up. This shake offers the ideal blend of slow-release carbs, protein, and beneficial fats, delivering a hefty 200 calories per serving. Yes, nourishing our bodies adequately is crucial!

Meanwhile, the superfood meal was a lifesaver when quick fixes were essential. Filled with whole oats and assorted nutrition-rich ingredients, it’s a great alternative to your typical breakfast or lunch.

In essence, Whole Supp offers a combination of health and convenience with none of the hassle of meal prep. This is a revolutionary solution for those of us in perpetual motion. Whole Supp gets it, and they’re making a difference for us.

My Whole Supp Experience

I’ve been drinking a 200g Whole Supp almost everyday and I time it usually two hours after my morning run. For the last four-ish months, I’ve been averaging a 5k run three times per week (not including much of December when it was -0)

I usually drink Whole Supp within two hours of my run – I also like to add coffee granules to it for that extra kick! Whole Supp recommend adding ice cubes in! It’s really, really divine!

Toned up and have so much more energy!

Finding time for wholesome meals whilst running around hectically each week can be quite a challenge . But Whole Supp effortlessly filled that gap in my nutrition. The 200 calories per serving, along with the optimal balance of carbohydrates (41g), protein (31g), and fats (12g), provided sustained energy throughout the day. It literally kept me fuelled between meals and supported my heavy workout regimen.

Beyond fitting it into my daily nutritional needs, I also found that Whole Supp supported my wider wellbeing. I noticed an improvement in my immunity and skin health, making me feel good inside and out. In general, I feel better within myself. I have more energy – I no longer have muscle aches after long runs and I’m able to run for longer!

I’ve been trying out the Vanilla and Chocolate flavour – both of which are absolutely delicious – let’s move on to the taste!

How Does Whole Supp Taste?

The taste and texture of Whole Supp pleasantly surprised me. It was far from the chalky experience I had come to expect from meal replacement shakes. It was smooth, creamy, and downright delicious. I tried Whole Supp for three months and I feel great!

Whole Oats – Energy Sustainability

Whole oats are a key ingredient in Whole Supp shakes, making every sip a wholesome experience. These grains are known for their slow-release carbohydrates which provide sustained energy. They won’t give you instant oomph like simple sugars, but they ensure you don’t crash either – imagine having a fuel-efficient engine in your body working seamlessly and steadily throughout the day.

Plant-Based Proteins – Your Muscle’s Best Friend

A high-quality source of plant-based proteins takes a pivotal spot in Whole Supp’s ingredient list. Each serving gifts you 31 grams of protein to support muscle recovery, growth, and maintenance. Whether you’re an athlete or simply lead an active lifestyle, these proteins act as building blocks for your body, supporting strength and endurance.

Superfoods – Nature’s Nutrient Powerhouse

Superfoods, a core constituent of Whole Supp, are stuffed with various micronutrients, offering you well-rounded nourishment. They contain a dense concentration of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants – nutrients that support optimal bodily function. With every Whole Supp shake, you’re getting a nutrient boost that would be hard to match through conventional diet alone – let’s check out each one in turn:

Whole Supp packs a punch with sustainably sourced red sea algae. This ingredient, rarely found in everyday diets, is a potent source of calcium and magnesium. It supports bone health and contributes to improving your heart health and immunity.  Moreover, it serves as an excellent antioxidant that can fend off free-radicals, which can otherwise be potentially damaging to your health.

Red Sea Algae – Your Heart and Bone Protector

Red sea algae is one of the major ingredients in Whole Supp that takes care of your heart and bone health. This superfood not only aids recovery but also bolsters immunity. It delivers a series of nutrients that are essential for the body yet lacking in our routine diets. From helping you maintain healthy bones to protecting your heart, this ingredient does it all.

I also add ice to my Whole Supp – it’s gorgeous!

Antioxidant Powerhouse for Healthier Living

WholeSupp isn’t merely focused on providing protein but also ensures that your body gets enough antioxidants. The presence of red sea algae and other superfoods in Whole Supp make it a powerful antioxidant supplement. This further supports heart health and is a great aid for post-workout recovery, making it more than just a regular supplement!

Montmorency cherry powder is another intriguing component in the Whole Supp mix. Known for its powerful antioxidant properties, it helps protect against cellular damage, slows down ageing processes, and aids in promoting sound sleep due to its natural melatonin content. On top of its antioxidant punch, Montmorency cherry powder is proven to promote heart health and immunity. Their high anthocyanin content also contributes to anti-inflammatory properties, making it particularly beneficial for those leading an active lifestyle and athletes who engage in vigorous exercises. The cherry powder can potentially aid in speedy recovery post-workout and contribute to increased stamina during training phases. Whole Supp Review
I have so much more energy and no more acheing muscles after a run! Whole Supp is brilliant!

Interestingly, Montmorency cherries are also celebrated for their beneficial skin effects. The antioxidant properties fight off free radicals that can accelerate skin ageing process, thereby helping to maintain plump, youthful skin. Browse more details on this here

Whole Supp’s exclusive formulation effectively adds the benefits of Montmorency cherry powder into your daily intake without the hassle of sourcing, preparing, and preserving. This is a testament to Whole Supp’s commitment to providing plant-based, sustainable solutions that are convenient, tasty, and above all, filled with nutritional benefits.

Brimming with vitamins K, C, E, B, and A is the broccoli powder. This superfood also offers a rich array of minerals like potassium and calcium, contributing generously to overall wellness while improving your digestive health. Inside this simple green powder lies a significant concentration of natural compounds that support your body’s wellbeing. These include fiber for digestion, antioxidants for cellular health, and plant compounds that help combat inflammation. Combined with a balanced diet and regular exercise, broccoli powder can help maintain a robust immune system, reduce the risks of certain diseases, and provide that much-needed energy boost for your daily activities. Also, the inclusion of vitamins B12, D3, magnesium, and calcium further make broccoli powder a holy grail of holistic wellness.

The beetroot juice powder in Whole Supp has a dual role. It enhances exercise performance by increasing oxygen use efficiency and also lowers blood pressure, supporting cardiovascular health in the process. Beetroot juice powder, an ingredient in Whole Supp, is fantasized worldwide for its myriad benefits. Rich in essential nutrients, this root vegetable brings more to the table than just improved physical performance and heart health.

Thanks to its high nitrate content, beetroot powder has a remarkable ability to enhance your body’s energy levels. It goes through a conversion process in the body, transforming into nitric oxide, which aids in augmenting blood flow, oxygen delivery, and even energy production in cells. All these result in longer-lasting energy and improved physical stamina.

Love the Chocolate Flavour Whole Supp!

Mental health matters, and beetroot juice powder may help foster a healthier brain. The nitric oxide produced from the nitrates in beetroot contributes to the increased flow of blood to the brain, enhancing cognitive function and potentially curtailing risks of dementia.

Spinach powder is here for the power boost. This mighty green is high in niacin and zinc, as well as protein, fiber, vitamins A, C, E, K, thiamin, vitamin B6, folate, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, and manganese. It’s health in a serving!

Whole supp leverages the benefits of peas and rice in the form of pea protein and rice protein. These plant-based protein sources ensure your muscles are well-fed, recovering efficiently post-workout, and gaining strength along the way.

Sunflower, flaxseed, coconut, and MCT oils make an appearance in your Whole Supp shake. These plant-derived fats provide essential fatty acids and increase the nutrient absorption of the shake. Plus, they make for a creamier, more satisfying texture!

Would I recommend Whole Supp?

100% yes. Next time I’ll be purchasing the Salted Caramel flavour

Is Whole Supp a vegan protein shake?

Yes! Whole Supp contains plant-based protein. This type of protein comes from a range of plant foods which are combined to provide a complete protein profile. It’s critical to note that just because it’s derived from plants does not mean it’s any less potent or beneficial.

For those who vigorously workout, are athletes or simply have high protein needs, Whole Supp provides 31g of plant-based protein per serving, which is impressive given the vegan credential. The absence of animal protein sources also means that Whole Supp is free from lactose, which could be an added plus for those who are intolerant.

Moreover, Whole Supp is both nutritionally complete and highly sustainable – a win-win for both your health and the environment. You can replace lunch with a shake without worrying about missing out on any crucial nutrients your body needs. All in all, the fact that Whole Supp is a vegan protein shake makes it a versatile option for different dietary preferences and requirements.

Does Whole Supp have any side effects?

Prior to discussing any possible side effects, let’s keep in mind that each person’s response to dietary supplements can be different, largely depending on personal health background and lifestyle. Naturally, all supplements should be used in moderation as part of a balanced diet.

During my three months trial, I observed no adverse side effects from consuming Whole Supp. It’s crucial to mention that Whole Supp meal shakes are composed of whole food ingredients known for their broad-ranging benefits and minimal side effects. These include whole oats, plant-based proteins, and various superfoods.

However, if you’re new to high-protein meal shakes like Whole Supp, you may initially experience an adjustment period. Some people may have mild bloating or changes in bowel movements as their bodies begin to adapt to the increased dietary fibre intake.

If you have allergies to any of the ingredients listed on the packaging, avoid using it. Always consult your dietitian or healthcare provider before starting any new dietary regimen. Understanding your personal nutrition requirements and sensitivities is crucial when incorporating a meal shake like Whole Supp into your daily eating habits.

In summary, Whole Supp’s objective is to provide a helpful supplement to your diet. Although the chances of experiencing side effects are relatively low, always listen to your body and consult your healthcare provider if you are unsure about incorporating new dietary products into your routine.

How often should I consume WholeSupp for best results?

Whole Supp has that unique charm to seamlessly slide into your day – be it as a swift meal replacer when you’re pressed for time or an important part your workout routine, functioning as a recovery aid. In other words, Whole Supp blends into your lifestyle, providing you with those essential nutrients just when you need it most!

The Founders of Whole Supp are Very Cool:

Quite often, the superfood content in most meal shakes or green blends is so minuscule, you’d hardly experience any noticeable changes or benefits, and moreover, the science behind their efficacy is frequently lacking or unsupported. However, this is where Whole Supp sets itself apart dramatically, and all thanks are due to none other than Dr. Brian Carson. ( I interviewed the founders on my other blog here)

Whole Supp Review

With a solid footing of 15-years expertise spanning human metabolism, nutrition, and exercise science, Dr. Carson PHD has painstakingly curated Whole Supp’s offerings. His deep-rooted belief in harnessing only scientifically endorsed superfoods and incorporating them in substantial proportions is the cornerstone of Whole Supp’s formulation. This ensures you receive the intended benefits, thereby distinguishing Whole Supp markedly from its competitors.

After a remarkable 6-year stint as a professional rugby player, Darren O’Reilly transitioned from sports to the corporate world. Amidst his new corporate endeavors, Darren found it challenging to balance his demanding lifestyle with essential nutritional needs. This shift in environments sparked a pursuit for a wholesome solution that was both healthful and delightful to the taste buds. Hence, he devised Whole Supp, a delectable and nutritionally well-rounded meal that is beneficial for both you and the planet.

Conclusion

After trying WholeSupp for three months, the results exceeded my expectations. The remarkable blend of energy, recovery, and immune-boosting ingredients in WholeSupp has not only improved my physical well-being, but also propelled my day-to-day performance. With a refreshing flavor profile and its quality plant-based protein content, WholeSupp has proved itself to be a game-changer in my everyday diet. It’s amazing how well I feel each day. I don’t catch colds and I have so much more energy!

In wrapping up this comprehensive review after my three months of experimenting with WholeSupp, one thing stands undeniably clear – this London-based supplement company delivers on its promise. Providing plant-based, sustainable solutions that amplify energy, accelerate recovery, and fortify immunity, WholeSupp undeniably merits serious consideration.

As a matter of fact, my experiences were overwhelmingly positive, and that places me in a unique position to attest to its efficacy. Indeed, from both a personal holistic health perspective and an environmental standpoint, I unequivocally endorse this high-protein meal shake.

What sets WholeSupp apart from the myriad of other supplements in the marketplace is its unique blend of key ingredients. These valuable elements, many of which are likely missing from your regular meals, make up a nutritionally diverse medley that can meaningfully contribute to enhancing your overall wellness.

At the foundation of WholeSupp’s blend are four primary ingredients:

  • Energy-sustaining whole oats
  • Plant-based proteins for muscle health
  • Nutrient-rich superfoods
  • Heart and bone supporting red sea algae

Together, these constitute a potent, health-boosting combination tailored for those with high energy needs. Additionally, WholeSupp’s potent Superfood Meal can assist in promoting skin health and supporting immunity, benefits you’ll reap whether using it as a healthy lunchtime alternative or an additional nutrition source.

In conclusion, if you’re seeking ways to enhance your wellness and your impact on the environment in a positive way, WholeSupp is worth the exploration. I can say, with a high degree of certainty, that your health journey will benefit from this nutritionally complete and progressive supplement option.
