What You’ll Need

1 ripe banana

2 eggs

1 tsp baking powder
How to Make Them

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Heat a lightly greased non-stick pan over medium heat.

Pour small rounds of batter into the pan.

Flip when bubbles start to form and the edges set.

Cook until golden on both sides.
Top with grass-fed butter or ghee, a dollop of yoghurt, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if you fancy. ✨
