Healthy Brownies with a Superfood Twist

Healthy Brownies with a Superfood Twist

Brownies. But make them nutritious. And actually delicious.

We know “healthy brownies” sounds like an oxymoron, but hear us out. These ones are rich, fudgy, chocolatey—and packed with real nutrients thanks to our Chocolate Superfood Meal Shake. You’ll get protein, fibre, and micronutrients in every bite, without the sugar crash.

Here’s how to make them:

🍫 Whole Supp Superfood Brownies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond flour

  • ½ cup Whole Supp Chocolate Superfood Meal Shake (just over 1 scoop)

  • ⅓ cup cocoa or cacao powder

  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt

  • ½ cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips/chunks (reserve 2 tbsp for topping)

  • ¼ cup good quality extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 large eggs (at room temp)

  • Flaky sea salt for topping (optional but 10/10 recommend)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line an 8x8” baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, Whole Supp, cocoa powder, and salt.

  3. Add olive oil and eggs. Mix until glossy and smooth.

  4. Stir in most of the chocolate chips, reserving some for the top.

  5. Pour the batter into your lined dish and sprinkle the remaining chips on top.

  6. Bake for 22 minutes. Let cool slightly, then sprinkle with flaky sea salt and enjoy.

Pro tip:
Want thicker brownies? Up the almond flour and Whole Supp to 1 cup each and add a little more oil.
