Apple & Cinnamon Baked Oats
Switch up breakfast with these high-protein, nourishing apple and cinnamon baked oats – they are the perfect comforting treat and so easy to make!
INGREDIENTS:
- 50g Whole Supp Vanilla Flavour
- 25g Oat Flour (blended oats)
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ - 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 100ml Milk of Choice
- 1 Apple
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F / 160°C fan.
- Add dry ingredients to a bowl, mix with a spatula then add in milk and mix until combined.
- Chop your apple into bite-sized pieces, (save a couple of slices for the top) then fold into the batter.
- Transfer to a greased cake tin or bowl (roughly 15cm), top with some oats and sliced apple and bake for 20 minutes.
- Enjoy as is or top with some yoghurt.
