After 6 years as a professional rugby player with access to the best nutritionists, I left the sports fields for the corporate world.

I soon struggled to balance a busy lifestyle with essential nutritional needs. I wanted a healthy solution that tasted great too, and so I came up with Whole Supp: a delicious, nutritionally complete meal that’s good for both you and the planet.

As our Head of Science and Innovation, I came up with Whole Supp’s Smart Food formulation and lead our scientific research studies.

I studied human metabolism, nutrition and exercise for 15 years and hold a PhD in physiology. The formulation consistents of 13 plant-based ingredients, including superfoods to support both performance and recovery.
